​He is currently serving his second term as the Sheriff of Obion County, TN.

• Graduated from University of Tennessee at Martin with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1993
• Began Career at Union City Police Department in 1989-2006
• Started Jackson Lawn Service in 2006
• Dyersburg Police Department from 2007-2008
• Worked a Grant Position with the 27th Judicial District Drug Task Force from 2009-2011
• Martin Police Department from 2011-2018
• Sheriff of Obion County 2018 - Present
